Accommodation La Grange au Pic Vert

	The Gîte La Sigonnière is a hamlet located 800 metres from the village of Maché. It occupies part of an old barn conversion and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The Gite has its own personal entrance away from the remaining part of the house, which is occupied full time by the owners. Attached to the gite there is a private grassed area of 500 square metres with a private heated pool. The Gite has plenty of sun most of the day, due to the south south/west facing position of the premises.
A glass sliding door in the Living Room leads to a large paved patio. Table, chairs and BBQ are provided for the guests
	Living Room The Living Room is open plan, approximately 40 square metres. The room contains kitchen, dining and living areas..
The kitchen is well equipped and has a dish washer, electric hob and oven, micro-wave and fridge
	Floor tiles throughout the ground floor. Utility room :Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. Large hanging wardrobe with shelving.
	Master Bedroom Double bed with en suite bathroom with shower and basin.

First Floor A painted wooden staircase leads up to the first floor Large bedroom with twin beds plus an additional single bed.
	Bed on the mezzanine area, overlooking the living room (not private). Laminated wood floor throughout both bedrooms and landing areas
	Bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. Tiled floor.
